We service the coastal towns of the Central Florida's Atlantic coast, such as, Daytona Beach, Ormond Beach, New Smyrna Beach, & Edgewater in Volusia County, and Titusville, Merritt Island and the Space Coast in Brevard County.
As markets change, a property owner's objective with their investment strategy may change with it. If that happens and converting a property to a long-term rental is the next best step, we can assist with an affordable option instead of full property management, called Tenant Management. This is a great plan for owners that prefer to control all aspects of the property, but dislike dealing with tenant communication, tenant screening and lease preparation. Maintenance Monitoring & Watch Services
Storm Preparation & Aftermath Inspections
When homes are sitting unoccupied for any length of time in Florida, any number of things can happen from pests, unexpected leaks, mold and appliance failure. We offer simple monitoring plans to cover these various needs, on either a monthly or quarterly basis, to cover all budget levels.
When large maintenance needs arise, we are able to refer our trusted and vetted trades to complete the job, at competitive rates.
In addition to our maintenance plan, we offer an add-on service, for Storm Preparation. Often second home owners will do a simple "close up" of their home, expecting to visit more often, but when a major storm or hurricane is on the horizon, the panic sets in. If the patio furniture or hurricane shutters aren't up.... don't worry, we can handle it.
Even with all the preparation in place, damage can happen to a home in this area, and when it does, you need someone to inspect and photograph everything for the insurance claim. We can be your trusted source to handle this part and assist with any temporary repairs needed to secure your investment.
